Zapier MCP is Zapier's official server. It exposes actions from 9,000+ apps through one endpoint, and Zapier handles each app's sign-in. Most servers use dynamic tool discovery, so the agent finds and enables the actions it needs during the conversation. You can also fix the toolset by hand.
In Claude Code, it's a quick way to reach the long tail of apps that have no MCP of their own. In your own product, it's the fastest way to say "works with your CRM" when you don't know which CRM: post summaries to the customer's Slack, send form leads to whatever CRM they use, or create calendar events.
